Procedure:

1. Disperse Carbopol Ultrez 10 in Part A water with high speed mixing. Begin Heating to 65 ñ 70oC and add the remaining part A items.
2. Combine Part B items and heat to 60 ñ 70oC and mix until uniform.
3. Add Part B to Part A with moderate agitation.
4. Add pre-mixed Part C continue mixing at 60 ñ 70oC for 15 min.
5. Cool to 40oC and add Part D items.
6. Cool to Room Temp. with mixing.
