Procedure:
1) Combine Part A items with propeller mixing. Heat to 70 ­ 75C. Mix until clear.
2) Pre-mix Part B items and add to Part A. Mix at 70 - 75C until clear.
3) Cool the batch to 35 ­ 40C and add Part C items mixing between additions until clear.
4) Adjust pH to 6.5 ­ 6.8 with sodium hydroxide, color and continue cooling to 25C
