 Procedure:

With smooth agitation, add the Protamate Foaming Concentrate of Phase A to the deionized water.

Heat to 40 C.

Mix until uniform and add the Protaquat ISL.

Premix Phase B and add to Phase A. Premix Phase C and add to Phases A and B.

Add Phase D and mix.

Adjust the pH with citric acid to 5.0 - 6.0. Use sodium chloride to adjust viscosity.
