Heat to 65 C. Add the Cetyl Alcohol, Protachem ASP, Protachem ISP, Methyl Paraben and mix. Switch to countersweep agitation and cool to 40 C. Add the Unicide U-13 phase and fragrance. Cool to 25 C.
